Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and QUERY LLC, a Delaware limited liability company at 800 SE 4th Avenue, Suite 704, Hallandale Beach, FL 33009, United States ("we", "us"), which operates Daily Cast. By using Daily Cast you accept them. Questions: privacy@dailycast.io.

The service

Daily Cast reads the RSS feeds you choose, summarizes what they publish into a spoken script, and delivers it each morning as an audio episode in a private podcast feed and on the web.

Who can use it

You must be at least 16 years old to use Daily Cast.

Your account

You sign in with a link sent to your email, so keeping that inbox secure keeps your account secure. Your podcast feed link is a secret: anyone holding it can listen to your episodes. If you think it has leaked, rotate it in settings — that revokes the old link immediately.

Subscription and payment

• Pro costs $10 / month or $96 / year, after a 7-day free trial.
• Payment is handled by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel.
• You can cancel at any time in settings. Your access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for.
• We do not refund partial periods.
• If we change prices, we will email you first. The new price applies from your next renewal.

Acceptable use

Please don't:

• Share or resell your feed link, or give others access to your episodes.
• Add feeds in a way designed to burden the servers publishing them.
• Attempt to break, overload, or gain unauthorized access to Daily Cast.
• Use Daily Cast to infringe anyone's rights or break the law.

We may suspend or close accounts that do these things.

Machine-generated content

Your briefings are written and read aloud by AI. They can be incomplete, misleading, or simply wrong, and they may omit things that matter. Treat a briefing as a starting point, not as a source of record — for anything that carries consequences, read the original article. We do not warrant that any summary is accurate.

Content from your feeds

The articles Daily Cast reads belong to the people who published them. You are responsible for having the right to subscribe to the feeds you add. We claim no ownership over that content, and your briefings are for your own personal use — not for redistribution.

Availability

We work to deliver an episode every morning, but Daily Cast is provided as is, without a service level agreement. Feeds go down, third-party services fail, and episodes can be late or missing. We are not liable for a briefing that does not arrive.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim relating to Daily Cast is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Ending the agreement

You can stop using Daily Cast at any time, and ask us to delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy. We may end this agreement if you breach these terms, or if we discontinue the service — in which case we will email you and refund any period you have paid for but not received.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any dispute will be heard exclusively by the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida.

Changes

If we change these terms in a way that affects you, we will email you before the change takes effect.
